Torah Jane Bright is an Australian professional snowboarder. She was born on December 27, 1986 in Cooma, Australia. She is an Olympic gold and silver medalist. In 2013, she won a bronze medal at the FIS Snowboarding World Championships. She lives and trains in the area of Salt Lake City, Utah. During the 2005 World Championships which was held in Whistler, Canada, Torah successfully ended up 30th overall. Other than being a competitive sports woman, she is also an endorser of Rhythm Snowsports.
In one of her interviews, Torah shared her exercises tips. She advised, “Do what you love. I love the outdoors so I do lots of mountain biking,rock climbing and surfing, too. I also do weight work and plyometric exercises fast, explosive movements that help me perform better on the slopes.”
As for her diet, here’s her say: “My family has always been conscious of what we put in our bodies. I follow an 80/20 rule– most of the time I eat simply, with lots of protein and veg. I love eggs and avocado for breakfast, or tuna and red onion in half an avocado as a snack. But chocolate is my vice!”
