Tom Hardy - CelebHealthy_comEdward Thomas Hardy, known especially as Tom Hardy, is an English actor born in Hammersmith, London on 15th of September, 1977. Before he began acting, he used to be a student of Reed’s School and Richmond Drama School where he started to develop his acting skills. In 1998, his career began when he joined the Drama Centre London and earned his first role in a TV mini series Band of Brothers. This first appearance labeled him as a full potential for future significant roles which were successfully given to him eventually.

Probably one of the reasons why he’s dominating the movie industry today, apart from his naturally gorgeous face, is because of his bodybuilder built that can make guy out there motivated in order to have the kind of body. So, what’s his secret behind? Well, the actor says he constantly follows his typical workout which he finds really effective. He particularly works out to build more muscles and for him to achieve that, he performs 10 press-ups every hour. He also uses his extra time doing abdominal workout.

As for his diet, he says it’s a bit demanding because his trainer requires him to observe strict diet. But according to him, it’s somehow a great move on his part since he used to practice an unhealthy diet before where he drinks excessive amount of coffee and bulky sandwiches for breakfast. Now, he says it’s all different and discipline is really a must.
