Tom Arnold - CelebHealthy_comThomas Duane Arnold, known professionally as Tom Arnold, is an American actor and comedian. He was born on March 6, 1959 in Ottumwa, Iowa to parents Linda Kay and Jack Arnold. He started to appear in television in the year 1989, particularly portraying a significant role  on the TV series Roseanne. Soon after, he was able to land different roles on various films and TV series including Freddy’s Dead: The Final Nightmare, Backfield in Motion, Hero, The Woman Who Loved Elvis, Undercover Blues, Nine Months, Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery, Buster & Chauncey’s Silent Night, and many others.

Years ago, Tom used to be overweight. But recently, his fans were amazed to find out that he’d shed off some pounds. According to his representative, “He’s happily reached his 100-pound weight-loss goal. Tom went from 287 pounds to 187 pounds and is in the best shape of his life.”

How did he do it? Well, it’s just a matter of following a low-carb diet. What he did in particular was avoid certain foods that may bulk him up such as bread and foods loaded with sugar. In addition, he also did some exercises such as cardio exercises, abdominal workouts, and circuit training. He usually does these exercises at least one hour and thirty minutes a day.
