Tina Maze is a World Cup alpine ski racer and a two-time Olympic gold medalist. She was born on May 2, 1983 in Slovenj Gradec, SFR Yugoslavia. She first entered the World Cup when she was 15 years old when she participated at a giant slalom race at Maribor. She then experienced her first World Cup victory in October 2002 which was particularly held in Sölden, Austria. Her breakthrough eventually came in the year 2009, earning various wins. Presently, she was able to win 23 World Cup races and won the World Cup overall title.
Tina regularly trains in order to perform well. She usually does basic exercises as well as weight training. For her, being religious with workout is very important especially for her who basically does sports.
As for her diet, she said she doesn’t practice any. “ I don’t follow any specific diet in particular. I love eating well and healthy and Italian cuisine is without doubt my favorite,” she told Women Fitness. Well, it’s actually quite fine if you don’t diet as long as you keep yourself active by being involved in series of workout.
