Once a student of University of Florida, he played for the Denver Broncos and New York Jets of the National Football League (NFL). It was in the year 2007 when he became the Florida Gators’ starting quarterback and since then, his career in the sports industry became a real success.

For Tim, training is very important. He said in one of his interviews, “There’s always someone out there training for your spot. For my scholarship at the University of Florida, for my job with the Denver Broncos, for my position with the New York Jets. And that’s the reason to get up earlier or stay up later. I always love training at crazy times— it’s an edge I’m creating over everyone else. So when I step on to the field, I know the person across from me didn’t wake up in the middle of the night to do this. He didn’t put in the work that I did. So when I meet him, I’m going to win.”

He explained that sticking to protein schedule is also important. “I drink an FRS protein beverage within 30 minutes of every workout,” he shared. “If you don’t get protein into your system within 30 minutes, you’ll get more muscle breakdown and less recovery. But if you do, you’ll get more recovery and less breakdown, and be less sore the next day. Unless you get other forms of branch-chain amino acids— the building blocks of protein— you won’t be able to build muscle.”
