Tim McGraw - CelebHealthy_comSamuel Timothy McGraw, better known as Tim McGraw, was born on May 1, 1967 in Delhi, Louisiana. He is the son of Elizabeth Ann D’Agostino and Frank Edwin “Tug” McGraw, Jr. He grew up an athlete, having developed a love for sports particularly baseball. It was in the year 1990 when he started to get noticed in the world of music. When he was signed with Curb Records, he cut a demo single and dedicated it to his father. His second album which was called Not a Moment Too Soon came out in the year 1994. The album featured his single “Indian Outlaw” which became quite controversial. However, his second album “Don’t Take the Girl” became a hit. Soon after, he published more albums, particularly concentrating on country songs. These days, he is regarded as one of the most successful country singers.

Tim’s workout routine includes normal strength training. He focuses more on improving his muscle groups. In particular, he performs CrossFit training and regularly does other grueling workouts.

For his diet, he is noted to be practicing a Paleo Diet, a kind of diet which is famous among male celebrities.
