Tim McComsey is a fitness trainer and enthusiast. He is affiliated at TRYM Fitness LLC – Dallas’ Premier Personal Training and Nutrition Company. He won second place in the Model America competition in Miami, Flordia. According to his Facebook page, he helps reach everyone’s health and fitness goals for the long term and his methods are easy, safe, healthy, and fulfilling.
Now what is his fitness philosophy? In one of his interviews, he said, “To be physically and mentally fit, you have to put in the work. I don’t believe in the shortcuts that make quick, unsafe changes. My fitness philosophy is based upon natural nutrition combined with dynamic and effective training in a fun environment.”
Now what is his workout routine? Here’s what he said in a separate interview: “My workout route is basic. I lift five times a week at about 45 minutes to 60 minutes. I normally do two bodyparts per workout and hit each muscle group once every six days.” You see, that’s how he trains. You can see why he has that stunning physique!
