Thomas Jane - CelebHealthy_comAmerican actor, screenwriter, producer, comic book writer, and director Thomas Jane was born Thomas Elliott III on February 22, 1969 in Baltimore, Maryland. The son of Cynthia and Michael Elliott, he is a product of Thomas Sprigg Wootton High School. When he was 18, he took a step into pursuing an acting career and relocated to Hollywood to attain it. While still in the process of achieving his dreams, he performed on streets to earn money for his daily needs. In 1987, he finally landed a role on big screen, playing a significant part on the film Padamati Sandhya Ragam where he was credited as Tom Jane. Because of his impressive performance, he was able to gain lots of acting jobs both in films and TV shows. In 2009, he became even more remarkable because of his appearances on te TV series Hung where he played the major role Ray Drecker.

You see, Thomas is one perfect, well-built man. That’s because he’s constantly doing a grueling workout. According to his fitness trainer John MacLaren, Thomas worked out and undergone a 4-day-a-week heavy weight training. And not only that. He also does fighting techniques like martial arts, handling firearm and knives. That’s actually hitting two aims because given the fact that he’s also more into action roles, he needs to fully equip himself with these strategies.

According to Thomas, this strict workout regimen is not that easy, but it takes a bit of discipline and focus in order to make it. “It all comes down to training yourself to focus on one singular purpose,” he explained.
