American football wide receiver Terrell Eldorado Owens was born on December 7, 1973 in Alexander City, Alabama. He is the son of LC Russel and Marilyn Heard. While he was still studying at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, he used to play various sports including track, basketball, and football. In 1995, he became one of the participants for the NCAA Basketball Tournament. It was in the year 1996 when he was drafted by the NFL San Francisco 49ers. During that time, he was able to help his teammates compete against prominent NFL teams such as New Orleans Saints, Carolina Panthers, Atlanta Falcons, and several others. In 2004, he signed with the Philadelphia Eagles and eventually transferred to Dallas Cowboys in the year 2006. In the year 2010, he moved to Cincinnati Bengals and later on signed for a one-year contract with Seattle Seahawks in 2012.
Not only does Terrell keep his body in ripped form by playing football, but he also does a lot of workout at the gym. He usually follows a workout routine by which he mostly performs various exercises such as cycling on stationary bike, sit-ups, pull-downs, leg raising, squatting, and others.
For his diet, he practices a five meal diet plan by which he consumes small meals every two to three hours. His foods mainly consist of veggies, chicken breasts, baked potatoes, whole wheat toast, and scrambled eggs.
