Tejaswini Kolhapure - CelebHealthy_comTejaswini Kolhapure is an Indian model and actress. She was born on August 22, 1980 to the classical singer Pandharinath Kolhapure. Prior to becoming an actress, she first delved into the world of modeling. It was in 1999 when she started to act, particularly taking part on the theatre play “The Magic Pill” which was directed by Satyadev Dubey. Soon after, she was seen not just on stage plays but also on some Indian films.

So what’s her fitness mantra? During her interview with Times of India, she said, “I walk for half an hour on the beach everyday. The days I miss it I do ashtanga yoga. I also go to the gym once a week to do weight training. I prefer to workout in simple ways like using the stairs a lot to climb floors instead of taking lifts.”

For her diet, she shared, “My diet comprises of the following: Breakfast most of the times includes egg whites with juice. I sometimes have fruits or a vegetable juice after a gap of half an hour, or cornflakes/ poha . Once a week I eat idlis or dosas or my favourite usal pav which is a Maharashtrian dish that is simply mouth-watering. During lunch, I eat salad, two rotis and a little rice (but I try to avoid rice as much as possible). Green sabji and a sprouted sabji or fish, curry, rice, is also included in my lunch once in a while. My dinner comprises of a soup with grilled chicken or some light sabji with two rotis . My in-between snacks would include a brown bread sandwich or tea and bread or poha or sev puri . But I don’t eat this stuff all the time, may be once in ten days.”
