Taylor Makakoa is an international model who came from Oahu, Hawaii. When she was still younger, she was very much inclined to Polynesian dancing. Eventually, she started to aspire modeling and attained it years ago, focusing more on countries like Thailand and Greece. Later on, she moved to Las Vegas and made her modeling career even better by endorsing several brands as well as showcasing herself and having her gorgeous body featured on popular lifestyle magazines like Vogue and Maxim. Presently, she works for the Las Vegas Strip headline show called “Terry Fator: Ventriloquism in Concert at The Mirage Resort & Casino” as an on-stage assistant.
Now how does the super hot model stay in her great figure? “I like being active,” Taylor said. “I hate working out. So I like to do things like yoga, and I’m trying to get back into martial arts. And I recently started indoor rock climbing—I’m rock climbing every other day. And my goal after my [rock-climbing] membership expires is to pick something new, like archery. Then after that maybe go into martial arts— just constantly moving and evolving so I don’t get stuck in a rut.”
When it comes to her diet, she said she’s limiting her sugar intake but doesn’t really make a big deal about carbs. “I’d say minimize the sugar,” said the model. “I remember in school, my teacher wouldn’t allow anyone to say “carbs” because, with the Atkins diet, the word carbs started to develop this stigma. But carbohydrates are so important to our health and to our energy and to our brain function. Protein? I don’t know why Americans think they need more protein. We get too much protein, and it goes to your body as fat.”
