Tavern is run by her together with her partner Caroline Styne, while she runs The Hungry Cat together with her husband David Lentz. Throughout her career as a chef, she became an award-winner and was also named as one of Food & Wine Magazine’s “best new chefs of 1999”. She was also nominated for James Beard awards in 2003 and 2005.

Now how does this well-known chef maintain her skinny but healthy figure? Here’s what she shared in one of her interviews: “I do Pilates twice a week with a trainer. I’m disciplined at lots of things, but exercise is not one of them. so having an appointment helps.”

When it comes to diet, she explained, “At home, I garnsih fish or chicken with a mixture oflow-fat Greek yogurt, shallots tossed with lemon juice. and mint leaves. The yogurt adds a richness that tricks your taste buds into thinking it’s a cream sauce.”
