British racing driver Susie Wolff was born on December 6, 1982 in Oban, United Kingdom. The daughter of John Stoddart and Sally Stoddart and the wife of Toto Wolff, she started carting when she was still younger. It was in the year 1996 when she was named the British Woman Kart Racing Driver of the year. She experienced competing in a number of different karting categories and succeeded in most of them in the year 1997. She continues to do a great job in her chosen sport these days.
Susie is one fit and healthy woman. And she also makes it a point to make exercises part of her day. According to her in an interview, she usually works out at least five to six times a week at the gym. And if she misses a day in her weekly routine, she endures a more challenging session the next day.
In particular, what she usually does are high-intensity, body-weight exercises. Now what about her diet? “Breakfast is my least favorite meal of the day,” she shared. “I never wake up hungry and so I normally never feel like having breakfast. I’m not a good cook, so dinner is normally very similar to lunch.”
