Steve Zim is a fitness trainer, author, fitness expert, and owner of one of the most successful personal training gyms in the country. He is famously known in the fitness industry because of his concepts. In fact, he was given various recognition and praises for his contribution to the fitness world.
What’s his typical day at the gym? Here’s what he said in one of his interviews: “I know what’s not getting done are the kind of exercises that hit the intended muscle. I created exercises using infrared technology and was able to determine if traditional exercises did what they said they would. If not, I saw a way to tweak or create new exercises to target specific muscle groups. This way you get the most amount out of the exercises in the least amount of time.”
Now what’s his diet advice to everyone who’s working out regularly? “Nothing an hour and half before your workout,” he said. “My favorite thing to eat 2 hours before my workout is 1 banana, 2 scoops of egg white protein, with a glass of ice, and a half a cup of water in a blender.
