American actress, director, and screenwriter Soleil Moon Frye was born on August 6, 1976 in Glendora, California to actor Virgil Frye and talent agent Sondra Peluce. Being a celebrity daughter, it wasn’t hard for her to get to the world of show business. She landed her first role in the year 1982 when she was cast for the television movie Missing Children: A Mother’s Story. The following year, she played the role Linda Fray in the film Who Will Love My Children?. It followed with her role in Little Shots and Ernie Kovacs: Between the Laughter. In 1987, she became one of the casts of You Ruined My Life. The said TV film gave her the opportunity to work with Andrew Garfield. Meanwhile her other screen appearances were in The St. Tammany Miracle, Pumpkinhead II: Blood Wings, Invitation to Hell, Saved by the Bell, and many others.
Now when it comes to her exercise routine, Soleil’s are quite simple. “I like to take walks,” she said in one of her interviews. “And I run after my kids all day long, which is exercise. We do fun things like ‘Dance Craze’ together. Also, outdoor scavenger hunts. We stay active as a family.”
She also mentioned about her love for green foods. “We do farmers’ markets. And a lot of cooking at my house. I think cooking is a great way to encourage kids to learn about food and become involved in the process. We pick out fresh fruits and vegetables together,” she said.
