Born on May 14, 1971 in New York City, Sofia Carmina Coppola is an American actress, screenwriter, producer, and director. The youngest and only daughter of Eleanor Coppola and director Francis Ford Coppola, Sofia grew up in the limelight. She actually appeared as a background in her father’s seven films when she was an infant. It was in the year 1996 when she appeared in the music video “This Here Giraffe” by The Flaming Lips. Later on, she acted for various films and eventually decided to pursue directing. Her first directing work was in the American drama The Virgin Suicides in 1999. Soon after, she directed the Lost in Translation in 2003 as well as in Marie Antoinette in 2006. Moreover, she also successfully directed the films Somewhere and The Bling Ring.
In one of her interviews, Sofia shared that she keeps her body in good shape by doing Yoga. It is actually a great workout routine. It tones your body and it also eases your stress away.
She doesn’t have any particular diet. She just eats healthily and in a minimal amount. Meanwhile, she also shared that she loves Mexican foods.
