Smriti Kalra - CelebHealthy_comIndian television actress Smriti Kalra was born on November 30, 1985 in Gurgaon, India. She is widely recognized for her appearances on 12/24 Karol Bagh by which she acted the role Simi. In 2011, she also had an appearance on Suvreen Guggal – Topper Of The Year. She also appeared on Itti Si Khushi  in 2014.

To keep her body in shape and in good condition, Smriti confided in an interview, “When you have to shed weight, 60 per cent depends on your workout and 40 per cent on the right diet. I used to do cardio exercises like spinning, running, cycling for 40 minutes a day, followed by another half an hour dedicated to tone up my lower body. I continued it for almost six months and lost upto 15 kilos which was a lovely feeling.”

Smriti is also a disciplined person when it comes to diet. She said, “I have small meals after every two hours. I don’t eat carbs post 8 pm. Also, I avoid sweets and have adapted some healthy ways like having green tea instea of regulr chai, brown bread instead of white, skimmed milk and low-fat yogurt. I also avoid preparations made from maida. All this helps one stay fit.”
