Simon Baker is an Australian actor and director. He was born on July 30, 1969 in Launceston, Australia. The husband of Rebecca Rigg and the father of Stella Breeze Baker, Harry Friday Baker, and Claude Blue Baker, he first became famous when he starred on the TV series E Street from 1992 to 1993. Later on, he became part of the TV show Home and Away, gaining attention by acting the role James Hudson. He also starred on the TV series Heartbreak High from 1995 to 1996, portraying the role Mr. Thomas ‘Tom’ Summers. He soon became remarkable when he earned multiple nominations for his appearances on the TV series The Guardian as well as The Mentalist.
One of the perfect things that consist Simon’s life is surfing. Actually, it’s a great form of workout. He told Body and Soul Australia, “I’d die without it. I love the waves and feeling the energy of the ocean. I grew up in a small coastal town in northern NSW and I’ve been surfing since I was eight. It never leaves your blood.”
