She later on relocated to Topanga Canyon and started working as a Yoga instructor.

As a Yogi, Sibyl was able to enhance her body and made it become sexier and fitter each day. Here’s what she stated in her official website regarding the benefits of Yoga to her body: “Practicing Yoga postures with mindful attention in class gives me a chance to slow down and turn inward to witness the activity of my thoughts.  As I practice observing from this perspective, I become more aware of the patterns I create in my life.”

She continued, “I am learning to move away from habits by breaking momentum, and learning to create new patterns with intention. Both mental and physical. Increased stamina, flexibility and muscle tone are bonus effects of a sacred practice which slowly but profoundly infuses harmony and balance into my life.”
