Australian former international cricketer Shane Keith Warne was born on September 13, 1969 in Upper Ferntree Gully, Melbourne, Australia to parents Bridgette Warne and Keith Warne. The husband of Simone Callahan and the father of Jackson Warne, Brooke Warne, and Summer Warne, he was labeled as one of the Wisden Cricketers of the Year in the 1994 Wisden Cricketers’ Almanack. Other than that, he was also named Wisden Leading Cricketer in the World for the year 2004 in 2005 Wisden Cricketers’ Almanack.
When it comes to workout, Shane said that he’s regularly indulging himself in push-ups. He said in one of his interviews, “I’m doing a hundred push-ups and sit-ups every morning, and I feel strong, I feel great.”
And do you wonder how he lost some pounds? Well, part of the reason is because of his obsession with ‘TaiSlim’, a controversial weight-loss product that makes the user feel full because of its swelling effects to the stomach. “I signed him up about three or four months ago on the diet system,” he said. We don’t know if this product is recommended to everybody. The product is still under the scientists’ and medical professionals’ radar.
