Shahid Kapoor - CelebHealthy_comShahid Kapoor, otherwise known as Shahid Kattar, was born on February 25, 1981. He is an Indian film actor that particularly plays roles on Hindi films. He first appeared on screen in the year 2003, particularly portraying the role Rajiv Mathuron the film Rajiv Mathur. The said film earned him the Filmfare Award for Best Male Debut. In 2007, he earned a nomination for the Filmfare Award for Best Actor for his outstanding performance on the film Jab We Met. Meanwhile, he also had appearances on films such as Kismat Konnection, Kismat Konnection, Teri Meri Kahaani, Phata Poster Nikla Hero and many others. At present, he is working for the upcoming film Shaandaar which will be shown next year.

To come up with a ripped physique, Shahid religiously performs his workout every day. He usually spends 15 minutes doing cardio exercises such as brisk walking, walking or running on a treadmill, and exercising on elliptical. Each day, he does exercises that focus on different parts of his body.

As much as Shahid wants to stick to a vegetarian diet, he admitted in one of his interviews that it’s difficult to do so. However, he always tries to opt for a balance diet and chooses foods that only offer health benefits to the body.
