American actor and director Sebastian La Cause was born on 12th of December, 1971 in Akron, Ohio, USA. He started to become famous in the year 1997 when he appeared on Boogie Nights along with several prominent stars. He also had a significant appearance in the comedy film Chicago in the year 2002 as well as in 2012’s Premium Rush. Apart from appearing on screen, he also performed on stage, particularly showcasing his talents on Broadway, specifically in The Rocky Horror Show revival in May 2001.
Apparently, Sebastian is someone who is blessed with hunky and ripped physique. Any workout secrets and tips from him? Well, in one of his interviews, he said that he’s more into weight training. He shared some of his workout tips and said, “It’s about working out with intensity, not just moving the weights around. When I was just starting out, I’d be at the gym for three hours at a time, doing a million exercises, but as I matured I’ve learned that it’s better to break it down and get more concentrated workouts. Now, although I like to allow myself an hour, I can get a really good workout in 45 minutes if I have to, by going in and working really hard on one muscle group: legs, arms, chest, back, or shoulders. That way you don’t have to become a fanatic about it and spend all your time at the gym.”
He’s also keen when it comes to his diet. He explained, “I would suggest people eat in at home as much as possible and resist the temptation to have something delivered. It’s good discipline to prepare your own food. Also, that way you know what really goes into it. When you order something from a restaurant, even something healthy-sounding, you don’t know how they make it, what oils they use. Well, when I make something myself, I know.”
