American actress Sarah Gray Rafferty was born on December 6, 1972 to parents Mary Lee Rafferty and Michael Griffin Rafferty Jr. A graduate of Phillips Academy in Andover, Massachusetts, she went to Hamilton College and majored in English and Theatre. She also studied theatre outside the country, particularly in the University of Oxford in the United Kingdom. She started to appear on screen in the year 1998 when she was cast on the TV film Trinity. Soon after, she was cast for guest roles on TV programs Law & Order, Third Watch, CSI: Miami, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, Charmed, and a lot more. Presently, she stars on the drama TV series Suits and plays the role Donna Roberta Paulsen.
To keep her stunning figure well-maintained, Sarah regularly takes a walk or even runs in the park. Now, does she perform workouts like abs exercises? The answer is no. “I hate all the core stuff,” she told Shape. “That’s why I have to have a trainer. That’s the only way I’m going to do the abs work.”
And for her diet, she told Healthy Living Magazine, “I eat my fresh fruits and veggies and other whole foods. I avoid wheat and dairy, but I occasionally indulge.” She also said that she’s really doing a great job getting rid of processed foods. “I feel my best when I eat whole foods and avoid the processed stuff. If it grows and doesn’t come in a box or a bag with mysterious ingredients, I will eat it,” she revealed. Well, it really is a good health practice!
