Born on May 31, 1972 in Croydon, United Kingdom, Sarah Murdoch is an English-born Australian model, actress, and television presenter. She attended at The McDonald College of the Performing Arts while in Sydney. Throughout her modeling career, she was able to grace the campaigns for Bonds, L’Oréal, Revlon,Ralph Lauren, Yves Saint Laurent, and Estée Lauder as well as the 1999 and 2003 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issues. She was also highlighted in certain magazines such as Vogue, Elle, Marie Claire, Glamour, GQ, and Harper’s Bazaar.
According to her, she is not a gym bunny but she discovered recently that she enjoys running thanks to her involvement with the treadmill challenge which supports the Murdoch Children’s Research Institute. Apart from running, she is also a fan of Pilates which she usually does a few times a week.
Her fitness goal, by the way, is to earn back her flat tummy. She said in an interview, “I am pretty lucky with my weight but I do think about being more toned, especially after having three children,” she said. “I don’t know if I’ll ever get that tone back aroun’d my tummy but I want to try.”
