Born on July 21, 1991, Sara Sampaio is a renowned Portuguese model who rose to fame when she became one of the Victoria’s Secret and Calzedonia models. This stunning model started her career in the year 2007 when she joined the Cabelos Pantene competition and successfully won. Eventually, she was featured in the ad for Ace body spray in the US and was highlighted in the April 2012 edition of Portuguese Vogue cover. Becoming more prominent in modeling, she became the face of the international ad campaign for Calzedonia Mar, Summer 2012 which was photographed in countries Jamaica and Greece. In the year 2013, she started to grace the annual fashion show of the Victoria’s Secret runways. Presently, she is highlighted in the 2014 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue. The said magazine gave her further prominence since she is the first-ever Portuguese who came up with such a privilege to appear on it. To maintain her great form, she regularly works out with her fitness trainer and spends time at the gym for at least one hour per day and five days a week. She basically exercises at the gym without the use of any workout machine. Her routine mostly consists of boxing, cardio exercises, and floor exercises. She mainly focuses on strengthening her abs, butt, and legs.

And what does this stunning model usually do to keep up her workout whenever she’s on tour? According to her, “When I’m away it’s more difficult. Sometimes the hotel has a gym but when I’m away traveling every two days, and you get somewhere that doesn’t have one it can be quite difficult. Luckily the type of training I do doesn’t revolve around weights or machine’s, it’s mostly body weight so I can do it anywhere. It’s more about motivating myself, it’s often much more tempting to lie down and order room service!”
