She later on went to Oregon State University as well as to Portland State University. In 2005, she was first noticed by the public when she was featured on the Playboy magazine Girls of the Pac-10 October issue. In 2007, she began appearing on big screen when she was cast on the American parody film Epic Movie. Eventually, she took parts on various films including The House Bunny, Two Million Stupid Women, Miss March, The Telling, and Zellwood/Deadliest Weekend.
According to Sara, she’s a great fan of Yoga and it’s her ultimate workout secret. “Yoga was a big passion in my life and it made me very happy, and I figured that was a good place to start in my new journey in life. So I enrolled and completed Yoga teacher training,” she explained in an interview.
When it comes to her diet, she said she used to be an unhealthy eater but she was eventually motivated to change it. “I used to eat horribly,” she confided. “Up until about 2 years ago, I thought eating healthy was not eating fast food and eating low calorie. It wasn’t until I met Shannon Cook, the owner of 3-2-1 Juice, and saw her eating habits, that I realized eating healthy was so much more than calorie intake. She is vegan, and a very healthy one, so naturally she filled her body with vegetables and fruit with every meal.”
