American country singer and songwriter Sara Evans was born in Boonville, Missouri, United States on February 5, 1971. She started singing at the age of 5 in her family’s band every weekend however suffering from an automobile accident, the 8-year-old Sara Evans had to recuperate for months in a wheel chair. Although she has been disabled, the singer still continued to sing so as to afford the medical bills. At the age of 16, Sara started doing gigs at a night club which lasted for two years.
In 1997, Sarah released her first album entitled Three Chords and the Truth. Soon after, more hits followed her success in the music industry.
When asked about how she keeps her amazing physique completely jaw-breaking, the country singer answered: “I try to play tennis on the road as much as I can. I have a few band members who will play with me when I really force them to! But if I can’t find a court, I fall back on a few other options, like playing basketball with the kids at a YMCA, or throwing a softball with my husband, Jay.”
On the other hand, questions about her competitiveness led Sara this answer: “Well, I played softball and basketball in high school. I’ve always been very competitive and my mom was an incredible athlete. And I started playing tennis when I moved to Birmingham, Alabama. My husband and I played, then I took lessons, and now I’m obsessed. It’s a great cardio workout and it’s social. Two hours of just killing your body flies by and you don’t even realize you’re exercising. I like it more than just running on a treadmill.”
