Sangram Singh - celebhealthy_comSanjeet Kumar, professionally known by his fight name Sangram Singh, is an Indian wrestler and actor. He was born on July 21, 1985 in Rohtak, India. In the year 2003, he participated the 49th Senior Men Greco Roman Style National Wrestling Championship. He also became part of the World Senior Wrestling Championship in the year 2005. Apart from that, he is known for his appearances on various TV shows such as Survivor India, Welcome – Baazi Mehmaan Nawazi Ki, and many others.

Sangram is a fitness expert and he has some fitness advice to the people who loves to do bodybuilding. “I suggest workout with body weight the most,” he explained. “When working out with weights, make sure you use them as your friends. Don’t over train or use excess weight. Eat home cooked foods and stretch a lot. Stretching helps muscles in a lot of ways. Believe in yourself and the almighty for whatever goals you set.”

Diet, for him, is also one of the important factors of staying fit at all times. He said, “The only specialized diet that I follow is home cooked food. It is clear for me, daliya (porridge) in the morning and khichdi (a mixture of pulses and rice) in the evening. Afternoons I eat whatever comes my way. The only thing I make sure is that food is not too oily or too fatty.”
