Sandhya Mridul - celebhealthy_comBorn on the 28th of March 1975 in Mumbai, India, Sandhya Mridul is an Indian actress. She is famous for her appearances in numerous films in Bollywood. It was in the year 2004 when she debuted on big screen, playing a significant role on the motion picture Banegi Apni Baat. She later on appeared on films such as Waisa Bhi Hota Hai Part II, Uuf Kya Jaadoo Mohabbat Hai, Kuchh Meetha Ho Jaye, and many others.

When it comes to Sandhya’s diet, she shared that she usually eats less. According to her, “I am not a big foodie… I eat to live. I always prefer ghar ka khana . Since I belong to Rajasthan, I love spicy food. I cannot survive without green chillies and rice. I even carry them in my lunch box on the shoot!! Mostly I have vegetarian dishes with lots of salads. I have non-veg once a week like fish or chicken. Red meat is a strict no-no for me. I don’t follow any strict diet plans. I love to have vada pav , samosas  and aloo ka paratha . I can eat them at any time during the day. I don’t know if I have a sweet tooth because I eat only selected sweets. I love ice-creams, rasgoollas, gulab jamuns and jalebis. I can have 6 rasgoollas  at a time! I believe in enjoying life to the fullest.”

And oh, she’s a fruit lover, too. “I love most seasonal fruits like bananas, oranges, grapes, melons, and mangoes,” she said. “I have 3-4 bananas everyday! I don’t much like water melon. I include plenty of water and fresh fruit juices in my everyday diet. I drink 3-4 glasses of hot water every morning. Then I have coconut water, barley water, chaas , nimboo pani  and fresh fruit and vegetable juices which I make at home.”
