Sally is very disciplined when it comes to fitness. According to her in an interview, “I try to exercise every day except Sundays. Weights are my favourite. When it comes to cardio, I need a kick to get going. Sprints are the most effective, so I do two sessions a week. Pilates is also good for my abs.”

When it comes to diet, she makes it sure to consume healthy smoothies. She said, “I started drinking green smoothies every day and the difference I noticed, and how fast the change was, blew my mind.” She added that she’s a fan of veggies. “I’m eating more vegetables than I’ve eaten in my life,” she explained.”I have tons of energy, and it’s not from having 14 coffees a day.”
