Ronnie Coleman - CelebHealthy_comRonnie Dean Coleman, born on May 13, 1964, is an American professional bodybuilder. A graduate of cum laude from Grambling State University (GSU) in 1986, he was once a football middle linebacker. Right after he graduated, he worked as a police in Arlington, Texas and served from 1989 to 2000. Soon after, he went to the Metroflex gym and trained for the Mr. Texas bodybuilding competition. The said competition earned him the 1st place in all categories. Because of his success, he was greatly recognized and was eventually offered to model for endorsements. He also made some fitness videos that were called The Unbelievable, The Cost of Redemption, and On the Road.

For the men who want to have extremely ripped, toned, and chiseled physique like Ronnie, you should be able to visit the gym for most of the days (specifically four days a week) like what Ronnie does. But rather than doing workouts using machines, Ronnie prefers to use free weights so as to maximize his flexibility as well as his range of motion. Deadlifts, squats, bench presses, barbell rows, leg extensions, donkey raises, and crunches are some of Ronnie’s workout regimen.

For his diet, he usually takes heavy meals during breakfast. He’s also more into foods loaded with protein. His lunch, on the other hand, consists of fast foods like KFC zinger double chicken burger. And for his dinner, he is recommended to consume 4 cups of grits with baked potatoes.
