Romee Strijd is a Dutch fashion model. She was born on July 19, 1995 in Zoetermeer, Netherlands. As a model, she was seen on various runway shows, endorsing different fashion houses that include Victoria’s Secret, Nina Ricci, Peter Som, Phillip Lim, Prabal Gurung, Prada, Rag & Bone, Rochas, Roland Mouret, Vera Wang, Yves Saint Laurent, DKNY, Donna Karan, EDUN, Acne, Alexander McQueen, Jill Stuart, Christopher Kane, Giambattista Valli, Hussein Chalayan, Isabel Marant, and many others. Just recently, she became the new face of the Stradivarius spring campaign alongside Juan Betancourt.
Now what is Romee’s workout routine? She certainly boasts that runway-worthy bod with enviable abs. “I hate training but I work out everyday,” she said in one of her interviews. According to her, she resorts on SLT, or Strengthen, Lengthen, Tone. “If cardio, strength training and Pilates had a baby, it would be SLT,” she explained.
SLT can be done through sessions using a Megaformer machine that composes of sliding platforms, resistance bands, pulleys, front and back panels, resistance weights, and springs. This form of exercise is a very effective one since it boasts heart health and overall stamina.
