Rochelle Wiseman, now Rochelle Eulah Eileen Humes, is a British singer and TV presenter. She was born on March 21, 1989 in Essex, England. A student of Coopers’ Company and Coborn School in Upminster, Havering, she was involved at Colin’s Performing Arts School. In 2001, she became one of the members of the group S Club Juniors which eventually turned into S Club 8. Since then, she became a phenomenal artist which led her to more singing engagements. She shifted to another group in 2007 when the band “The Saturdays” was formed. Together with band mates Mollie King, Una Healy, Frankie Sandford, and Vanessa White, she made an incredible appeal on her name in the industry.
When the talented singer was asked about how she maintains her svelte figure, she said it’s all just a matter of diet. “I eat little and often as that speeds up your metabolism,” she explained. “I also drink lots of water to flush everything out.”
Now what are the foods that she typically consumes? “I’ll have bran flakes for breakfast, soup and a roll for lunch and in the evening I eat out a lot at my local Italian– but I’ll choose fish instead of pizza. I’ll snack on cake, crisps or fruit and nuts if I’m being good,” she shared.
