Rimi Sen is an Indian actress famous for her appearances on Bollywood films. She was born on September 21, 1981 in Kolkata, India. In 2000, she first appeared on screen as a Bollywood star when she acted a significant role on Aparna Sen’s “Paromitar Ek Din”. Soon after, she got lots of films appearances. Nowadays, she is working for her upcoming film Raja Aur Rani which will be aired in the year 2016.
So how does the actress maintain her sexy body? When she was asked by Rediff about her workout routine, she said, “I did power Yoga three times a week for an hour. I do cardio and other stuff at the gym to tone my body. Cardio helps you lose weight, so I did a lot of that. I kept my body toned with power Yoga. In two months, I lost eight kilos.”
When asked if she practices a strict diet or not, she said she doesn’t. “I don’t believe in dieting because my face loses its charm when I diet,”she said.
Now what’s her diet like? “I don’t normally eat breakfast because I am a late riser,” she admitted. “I get up at 11 AM. At 1 PM, I eat rice and vegetables. If I am hungry, I have biscuits or chips before going to the gym. Then I eat at night. At home, I can monitor my eating but when I go out, I eat proper breakfasts, lunches and dinners. I eat everything. I believe that God has given me only one life. If I can’t eat, what’s the point?”
