William Leonard Roberts II was born on January 28, 1976. Better known by his stage name Rick Ross, he is an American rapper and entrepreneur. It was in the year 2009 when he founded the record label Maybach Music Group,

Rick became senstional when he lost some pounds by changing his dietary lifestyle. According to him in one of his interviews, he used to be unhealthy bu he’s no longer following that kind of diet ever since he sarted to enjoy a healthier body. According to him, “I used to eat big meals at 2 a.m. and base it on my schedule. But I don’t do that no more.”

He stressed out that it is very important to drink plenty of water. He also said that it’s also important to eat your favorite meals whenever you accomplish something that helps you improve your body. “I just went to Prime 112 (in Miami) the other night, and I had some fried Oreos and fried velvet cake,” Rick shared. “I treated myself. You wake up in the morning, you might regret it. But you got to get back to work.”

Apart from diet, he also trains hard by doing CrossFit. “CrossFit overall is more of an intense workout,” said Rick. “So instead of doing 20 minutes on the treadmill, you’ll (do) a 20-minute CrossFit workout and you’ll be not only building your endurance, but also muscle simultaneously.”
