Born on November 17, 1956, she is famous for being highlighted on the Bravo television series “The Real Housewives of New York”. Before she became popular on screen, she first spent time attending school at Fashion Institute of Technology in New York. While appearing at “The Real Housewives of New York”, she was able to come up with her own business, particularly a white wine brand called Ramona Pinot Grigio.

In one of her interviews, Ramona shared about her workout routine and here’s what she revealed: “I try to work out twice a week, and my trainer focuses everything on the core. It’s great; we’ll do a kettlebell, now it’s up to 30 pounds, and I swing it between my legs. And with a kettlebell that is maybe 15 pounds, I go down with a lunge, with my arms lifting up and down. And one really good one is when I’m on the Bosu ball. I take weights, with my arms out, and lunge down. It just makes you cut. It’s a very intense hour of training. And I try to run, too, because if I want to stay really lean, I need to do things in between the workouts. So if I have time I’ll run a mile, I’ll play tennis, I’ll do Yoga.”

She added, “As I got older, I started getting into free weights. I always look up to women who are older who look great. Jane Fonda was alway my inspiration for my body. She was one of the first ones who used weights. So once I turned 30, I started lifting weights, and I stopped doing as much aerobic exercise. And I felt it was important to hire a trainer; dieting can only do so much. I do like to eat, and sometimes I eat the wrong things. Sometimes I work out five times a week, sometimes once, sometimes not at all.”
