Jung Ji-Hoon-Celebhealthy_comSouth Korean singer, actor, songwriter, dancer, model, producer and designer Jung Ji-Hoon, better known by his stage name Rain, was born on June 25, 1982 in Seoul South Korea.  His musical career includes seven albums; six of which is Korean, and one of it is Japanese.  His acting career began in 2003, when he won the KBS Best New Actor award for his role in the drama “Sang Doo! Let’s Go To School”. In 2004, Rain won the KBS Excellence in acting award for his role in the drama “Full House”. In 2007, he left the management of JYP Entertainment and started his own company, J. Tune Entertainment but still retains collaborative relationship with Park Jin-young. In 2013 He was ranked at #46 on 100 Most Handsome Faces of the year.

For Rain, circuit training is a huge help to maintain his body fit and healthy.  His exercise often includes 25 pull-ups, 50 push-ups, 50 squats, 25 curls, 25 military presses, 25 leg lifts, 50 crunches, 50 bent over row, and 50 dumbbell bench presses; using a pair of 25 – 30 lb dumbbells.  He performs it 3-5 times, moving from exercise to the next without resting. Each time, he tries to increase the intensity and vary things up a bit.

To have enough energy and a well conscious mind, he sticks to his diet of eating chicken and vegetables for his meals and certain amount of fruits for his daily routine. The chicken was broiled and vegetables were steamed. Rain also eliminates all sugar from his diet; not some sugar but all foods that contain high sugar.
