Born on November 15, 1966 in New York City, New York, United States, Rachel India True is an American film and television actress and former fashion model. She is best known for her roles in such films such as “The Craft”, “Nowhere”, and “Half Baked”. The daughter of Richard True, she started to appear on screen as an actress in the year 1993, portraying the role Daliha on CB4. The same year, she was also seen on the TV film Moment of Truth: Stalking Back. In 2014, she had an appearance on the TV film Sharknado 2: The Second One. This year, she becomes remarkable for her role Pepper on Good Grief.
According to Rachel, she experienced such a challenging life before, getting into unhealthy practices which did not give her anything good at all. That’s why she decided to change her lifestyle. She said, “After my dad passed, I went on a junk food tear. He always called me fat, so y’know I ate the death feelings down.”
