Canadian actress Rachel McAdams was born on November 17, 1978 in London, Ontario, Canada. She knew she wanted to be in showbiz when she was seven. This interest was gladly supported by her parents although they were not able to look for a talent agent to take care of her. While growing up, she participated Disney and Shakespeare summer camp and from then on, she attended in Original Kids Theatre Company, London productions. For a start, she appeared as one of the casts of Shotgun Love Dolls, an MTV pilot. Soon after, she got her real breakthrough on screen when she was cast for the teen comedy flick Mean Girls and romantic film The Notebook in 2004. Another breakthrough happened in 2012 when she starred for a leading role in the romantic movie The Vow alongside Channing Tatum.
To come up a beautiful and well-defined body, Rachel commits to biking and yoga (particularly Kundalini yoga), and she does them every morning. Kundalini yoga consists of yoga techniques that basically encourage breathwork, proper postures, meditation, and sound and chanting. This form of workout is not only healthy, it’s also relieving and quite enjoyable.
Rachel also attributes her lovely curves to her use of portion control diet. She is known to be consuming nutritious and well-balanced foods which include fruits, veggies, lean meats, and whole wheats.
Now, let’s all start to take our vow to follow Rachel’s workout and diet routine, and for sure, we’re not going to regret it!
