Quade Cooper - celebhealthy_comQuade S. Cooper is a New Zealand-born Australian rugby union football player and boxer. He was born on April 5, 1988 in Auckland, New Zealand to parents David Jones and Ruhia Jones. He is a pproduct of Anglican Church Grammar School, Forest View High School – New Zealand, and Springwood State High School. Currently, he plays for the Queensland Reds in the Super Rugby competition. He has also represented Australia at international level. Usually, his position is fly-half.

What is the secret towards Quade’s healthy and fit body? Well, according to him in one of his interviews, “I am feeling like I am in good shape– I have done all the right things off the field in terms of diet and looking after myself.”

He admitted that he neglegted his body when he was injured several years ago. “I injured a knee when I was 18 and I did not look after my body very well. A six-month injury turned into a 12-month injury because I did not look after my body. When I came back I was 98 kilograms. I could not run. I was getting sore every time I ran. My skin folds were up.”

Nevertheless, he changed his lifestyle and made his fitness better by training hard and following a healthy diet. “Mentally you go out there and think I am supposed to be able to do these things and I can’t,” he said. “I am a bit of a peanut butter fanatic and chocolate fanatic as well. I haven’t really given up too much. It is a matter if you are going to do those things train hard and (have them) in moderation as well. I eat peanut butter, chocolate and ice cream every day but I don’t go and sit around home and just eat that. You have to eat well outside those times. My diet is pretty sound otherwise.”
