Philip Alfred Mickelson is an American professional golfer. He was born on June 16, 1970 in San Diego, California, United States. The son of Phil Mickelson Sr. and Mary Mickelson, he graduated from Arizona State University. He was able to win has won 42 events on the PGA Tour thoughout his career. These events include five major championships such as three Masters titles in 2004, 2006, and 2010, a PGA Championship in 2005, and an Open Championship in 2013. Apart from that, he is also recognized as one of the 16 golfers in the history of the sport to attain at least three of the four professional majors.
Now what is Phil’s way of making his body fitter everyday? According to his trainer Sean Cochran in an interview with Business Insider, “He looks more athletic. He’s working really hard and he’s really focused. He’s basically on a paleo diet.”
And by Paleo diet, Sean means consuming plenty of fruits, vegetables, nuts, and protein-rich foods. Apart from this diet, Phil also works out regularly, doing different types of exercises including Myofascial release exercises, Static stretching, Dynamic warm-up, power training, core training, and Total body strength training.
