Penn Jillette - celebhealthy_comPenn Fraser Jillette is an American magician, juggler, comedian, musician, inventor, actor, and best-selling author. She was born on March 5, 1955 in Greenfield, Massachusetts, United States. The spouse of Emily Zolten Jillette, he is known as the contributor to the now-defunct PC/Computing magazine. During the 1990s, he became the primary voice announcer for the U.S.-based cable network Comedy Central.

Penn changed his lifestyle after he was diagnosed of high blood pressure. According to him in an interview, “I was on six very powerful meds to bring the blood pressure down. My doctor said I needed to get my weight down, and if I brought it down 30 or 40 lbs. it would be a little easier to control. And then he said something in passing that completely blew my mind – he said, ‘If you got down to 230, you probably wouldn’t need any of the meds.'”

He said that he tried so hard to really eat healthy foods. “I eat unbelievable amounts of food but just very, very, very healthy food,” he said.
