Pedj Bojic - celebhealthy_comPredrag Bojić, better known as Pedj Bojić, is an Australian football player who plays for Sydney FC. He was born on April 9, 1984 in Sydney, Australia. He officially started his sports career in the year 2000, particularly playing at the Australian club Parramatta Power during the 2000 – 2001 season. In 2004, he joined the Cobblers. He soon became part of the Central Coast Mariners team but eventually left in May 2013. He then signed with Sydney FC and made his first official appearance for the club in Round 1 of the 2013/14 A-League season.

Now what is Pedj’s fitness routine? “I do about 20 hours a week ranging between early morning and night-time,” he shared in one of his interviews. “For the Central Coast Mariners, we train during the mid-morning to early afternoon, so my work as a personal trainer is balanced around our sessions. When we travel around Australia for away matches I sometimes have to cut my hours back. It is a balance between the right exercise throughout the week and maintaining a really healthy, nutritious diet.”

The football player also revealed that he’s practicing a Paleo Diet. According to him, “For me, health and fitness is 60 percent nutritious, 40 percent exercise. I recommend people look to consume the most natural diet possible, and that, for me, is the Paleo Diet.”
