Pau Gasol - CelebHealthy_comPau Gasol Sáez , better known as Pau Gasol, is a Spanish professional basketball player famous for being one of the NBA supertars who played for the Los Angeles Lakers. Currently, he plays for the Chicago Bulls. He was born on July 6, 1980 in Barcelona, Spain. He started playing basketball when he was in high school. A five-time All-Star and a three-time All-NBA selection, he was the 3rd overall pick during the 2001 NBA draft. Since that year, his career in NBA became momentous for him.

Sources say that the Los Angeles Lakers’ star player mostly spends 30 minutes a day doing his exercise routine. He also visits the gym two to three times in a week during the season and five days a week during the off-season. When he was interviewed by Men’s Fitness, he shared that during the past, he did not really dedicate himself to workout but it changed when he realized that it’s really important. He said, “I relied too much on my physical ability. I wasn’t very dedicated to working out. Up to that point, I thought my talent was enough.”

Now when it comes to his diet, he told LA Weekly, “Usually I try to get carbs. Anything with pasta. Pasta dishes, also chicken. Mashed potatoes or mashed sweet potatoes. Rich in carbs and protein.”
