American football player Patrick Willis was born on January 25, 1985 in Bruceton, Tennessee. Growing up in poverty, he worked hard to take care of his younger siblings, particularly working at the cotton fields when he was 10 years old. He attended high school at Hollow Rock-Bruceton Central High School where he became the Regional Most Valuable Player and West Tennessee Player of the Year. In college, he studied at the University of Mississippi and became a player for Ole Miss Rebels football team for about three years. Later on, he delved into the National Football League or NFL and was qualified for the early-second round draft pick in 2007. He then played for the San Francisco 49ers . These days, he is regarded as one of the most skilled footballers in the world.
Every day, Patrick undergoes a rigid workout and training. He usually starts with a warm up, doing two sets of dumbbell bench press. He then proceeds to two sets of twists and two sets of leg raises. He also performs triceps push downs and shoulder presses and does not fail to perform abs workout.
As for his diet, Patrick usually consumes foods with lots of protein for muscle building. He is also noted to be eating anti-inflammatory foods and healthy fat foods.
