You don’t want to eliminate anything too much – like carbs – because then you’ll experience a dip in energy. But although I’m super-healthy most of the time, I make allowances – if it’s a special occasion, I’ll enjoy a piece of cake, or a glass of wine. But usually, I drink vodka soda when I’m out.”
