English singer-songwriter, musician, and television presenter Oliver Stanley “Olly” Murs, was born on May 14, 1984 in Witham, England, United Kingdom. He used to be a striker in his football team at school and played semi-professionally for Witham Town; however, his football career ended after his injury. He was a runner-up in 2009s “The X Factor” and currently works under Syco Music, Epic Records in the United Kingdom, and Columbia Records in the United States. He released his first album, self titled, “Olly Murs”, on 26th of November, 2010 in UK, under Epic and Syco Records. With 807, 049 copies sold, it made its way to #2 in UK chart and gained a double Platinum status in Britain. He appeared in the celebrity version of “Who Wants to be a Millionaire?” and “Deal or No Deal, where he won £10 and £10,000, both for charity.
Aside from running 30 minutes a day, he also works out with his personal trainer, Nathan Dony, to improve his stamina. In addition, he also does sit ups, press ups, burpees, and sprints.
Olly is happy to see the benefits of his diet which usually comprises chicken fillets, cashew nuts, and orange juice for breakfast; three egg omelet (2 yolks), mushrooms, beans (for sauce), and chicken for lunch; and steak and green beans for dinner.
