He is currently ranked world No. 1 in men’s singles tennis by the Association of Tennis Professionals. The husband of Jelena Djokovic, he is regarded as one of the best tennis stars of all time, becoming one of the 40 best players in the world singles rankings in the year 2006.

Novak is well known for being one the people who practice gluten-free diet. Now what does he usually eat? When he was interviewed by Men’s Fitness, he shared that he usually consumes fruits with honey and an oat-based cereal mix during breakfast. “Your body needs sugar,” he said. “In particular, it needs fructose, the sugar found in fruits, some vegetables, and especially honey.”

At lunch, he bulks his body up with foods loaded with carbs. “During the day, I want my body to be as energized as possible,” said the tennis star “When I eat carbs with very little protein, I’m telling my body ‘I need energy.'” At dinner, he delves into protein-rich foods and low-carb foods. He said, “At night, I don’t need energy. So at dinner, I will tell my body,‘I need you to repair this mess I made. Please take this protein and do what needs to be done.”
