Natalya - CelebHealthy_comNatalie Katherine Neidhart, famous for her ring name Natalya, is a Canadian professional wrestler. She was born on May 27, 1982. Before she became popular in the wrestling arena, she first started to train for the said sport under the guidance of her uncles Ross and Bruce Hart. Becoming adept in wrestling, she was recognized as the first third-generation female wrestler in the world. In 2000, she started to make a name when she hosted the Eric Bischoff led youth-promotion MatRats. She also worked for her family’s own promotion called Stampede Wrestling. In 2007, her fame skyrocketed to an all new high when she got involved in the World Wrestling Entertainment or WWE. Later on she was highlighted in an episode of SmackDown! called Natalya Neidhart.

When asked about her typical workout in order to get stronger and leaner, she said she mostly does Olympic Powerlifting. “Olympic powerlifting actually helps me out a lot with my in-ring performance as well,” Natalya shared when she was interviewed by WWE. “For me, it’s very cardiovascular, because it’s ‘go, go, go.’ I keep the pace up, which keeps my heart rate up. I also do hot Yoga in Tampa with Kofi Kingston at Kofi’s Yoga studio, Chi Yoga, and I do a lot of long-distance running.”

Now what does her diet look like? “I stick to foods that come from the earth— things that aren’t processed,” she said. “But that doesn’t stop me from having my caramel macchiato at Starbucks.”
