Natalia Mikhailovna Vodianova, born on 28th of February 1982 in Gorky, Soviet Union, is a Russian ramp model, philanthropist, and occasional film actress. She is famous for her rags to riches experience. Growing up in a poor district of Avtozavod with her mother and two half-sisters, she used to sell fruits on the street to help her family to survive. At 15, she enrolled in a modeling agency and immediately after two years, relocated to Paris and signed with Viva Models. It’s not about eating more protein or more carbohydrates — it’s which protein you eat, and which carbohydrates.”
